Project

pd2af is a Python tool for transforming process-description (PD) maps, CellDesigner or SBGN-PD, into activity-flow (AF) maps. The transformation is driven by a set of declarative ASP rules (clingo) and built on top of momapy.

The project is developed at the University of Luxembourg.
